Painless Repair The HDMI ports went out on our LG TV. This is a known problem with LG TV because of poor solder joints. Most local TV repair shops will not touch the repair or say it is too expensive. How to remove and install the circuit board was shown in many YouTube videos, so there was no issue there. I packed it up the circuit board and sent it to Nick's. A little over two weeks later, I had it back and installed it. The TV is back to it good all "smartness". Prompt, friendly, honest value service experience! I got a quick callback after requesting service (within hours of initial call!). Dan of Dad’s TV set up a convenient appointment time with me. He arrived as promised, diagnosed the problem quickly, and we agreed upon price and return timing based on expected delivery of the repair part.  He returned with the part in less than a week, made the repair and all is well! Super professional, friendly, & efficient in diagnosing my Sony TV that kept going out - electric adapter plug no longer working. My $40 service fee applied to purchase of new adapter plug/cord which ended up being the same & no further cost. Helped bring out my large tv to my car. Will definitely use again & recommend. I called and came to the shop without appointment nearly a month ago seeking repair for my 27" 1440p 155hz monitor less popular brand , as when it broke I can remember hearing something fried, the monitor would not turn on or display even after changing power & display cables. I came to the shop with my monitor and the welcoming clerk was attentive and helpful even when I could not provide the power & display cable as well as the monitor stand! The diagnosis was 40dol and a day after dropping it off I was informed that it was still repairable! I requested that the monitor to be fixed within the week because I was leaving for a trip, and only 3 DAYS later they had the monitor running like new!!! They let me know that the main board had fired but they were still able to replace and fix the monitor which ran me roughly 140dol, and in the end I was able to save money repairing than buying a new equal monitor! Their service was friendly, laid back professional and timely! I am very grateful they were able to repair my monitor thank you again Nerd Repair Center team!!! TLDR; 10/10 stars service my 27" 1440p 155hz monitor was successfully repaired and I saved money with repair versus buying brand new/equal performance/feature monitor! Highly recommend. We had two TV's that stopped working back to back. One was a Samsung 65" and the other was a Sony XBR 55". Contacted this company from their web site and received a super fast response within ten minutes. We were able to make an appointment for the same day. Replaced motherboard in TV only to find it needed new heat sensor.  Replaced heat sensor only to find out new motherboard was defective.  Replace defective new motherboard & TV appears to be working fine.  Mike the owner/technician was responsive, professional & helpful. Wow! Same day service and repair! Dan was super responsive, came the same day I called and saved us from spending on new TV. We are so happy we came across Pasadena TV Repair when our TV went out! Had a great experience with ETV. Dan came out and identified the problem quickly... the connections on the power board were failing. My Samsung 55" tv was in great condition, but it cycled on and of consistently. We thought we would have to get a new TV, but thought we would try one attempt at seeing how much it would cost to fix it if possible. I am very weary when it comes to trying new businesses online so when I Googled in home TV repairs, Pasadena TV Repair was the first to come up. They advertise free estimates within 15 minutes and I thought this was too good to be true, but I was happy with all the google reviews I read and thought I would give them a try. WOW, I am sure glad I did! After submitting basic info about my tv and the problem I was having I had a call from Dan within 10 mins. He was VERY knowledgeable and gave me a very reasonable quote to fix my tv right over the phone!! What was even better is that he was already in my area so he was able to come by and fix my TV right away! He was prompt, courteous and fixed my problem within 30 mins! Sure glad I found Dan at Pasadena TV Repair and I would highly recommend him! If you are looking for great no pressure customer service from a honest repair man, then look no further!! My tv just stopped working and my warranty was expired. I Google tv repair and found Dan's TV. I left a message and in 5 minutes I received a callback from Dan. He was so kind and patient as I explained what was going on with my tv. Dan was read to come out the following day but I had to work so we were able to schedule for the weekend, Sunday in fact! Dan arrived right on time, checked out my tv and discovered the power board was fried. He explained everything I needed to know and arranged to have the board with a day or so. The price was reasonable and once the board came in Dan promptly called me and came to install the part and now I'm back watching tv. Thanks to Dan. Dan is THE BEST! I found him in a google search, called him up out of the blue, and explained my issue. In speaking with him, I realized that it might be helpful if I took pictures of my HDTV and send them to him. He provided me with his cell number and I texted him the pictures. In short order, Dan called me back and in simple, layman's terms, was able to communicate to me exactly how I could solve my problem without him having to come to my home. I've followed his advice, order the parts I need which I expect to have delivered tomorrow, and I believe that I'll solve the problem myself, all with the expert advice/guidance that Dan provided! Dan was awesome. It’s so nice to just take a picture and text it to him to review and he’ll give you an estimate, usually within 15 minutes. He also has an exstensive background over the years, so he likely knows the problem immediately and can give a close estimate. He can fix most on the spot, but if it needs to go back to his shop, he offers a replacement TV so you don’t miss a thing (for FREE). Great service and genuinely a great guy. I had a great experience. They came out and looked at my model T.V and luckily they were able to fix it on site. They had to solder some connectors that had dissipated and two caps on the power board. depending on what the problem is they either take it or fix it on the spot. The pricing was reasonable, Dan the repair tech was friendly, very knowledgeable,  and ready to answer any questions i might of had. They gave me a one year warranty & some recommendations on future issues that might occur with this particular model which i am greatful for. what a pleasant experience!  they actually told me NOT to bring It to them to get repaired, because it would've been cheaper to buy a new television.  not only  that, But he also gave me some great advice on what to do in the future should anything happen to A television in the future. The response to my on-line inquiry was fast and Dan came out the next day.  He diagnosed the problem and fixed it (power board) within an hour.  Fast, efficient and reasonably priced.  What more can you ask for?  I would definitely use him again.

I called in to get a estimate for a LED backlight repair. Dan was amazing from the beginning of the transaction to the end. Not only did he give me a great price to repair my TV, but the job was completed quickly. The picture on my 75” Samsung has come back to life. I was so impressed with the work of this company's ( Mike). Mike was extremely knowledgeable and proficient. I had used 3 different services and not one of them was able to help.
